Before Departure: Please note that one day before the trip, you will receive a trip summary via Email/WhatsApp on important reminders for the trip.
Weather Arrangement: If Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Red/Black Rainstorm is still hoisted 2 hours before the trip, the trip will be canceled. We will subsequently reschedule the trip date for participants.
Cancellation Policy: Once registered, fees are non‑refundable for any reason, including no‑shows, and activity dates cannot be changed. In the case where the tour is cancelled because of internal reasons, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.

- Each student carries emergency contact information at all times.
- Hourly headcounts to track attendance.
- Children are divided into small groups with assigned supervisors.
- Restroom visits are supervised by staff.
- Full attendance is taken before any group movement.
