Before Departure: Please note that one day before the trip, you will receive a trip summary via Email/WhatsApp on important reminders for the trip.
Weather Arrangement: If Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Red/Black Rainstorm is still hoisted 2 hours before the trip, the trip will be canceled. We will subsequently reschedule the trip date for participants.
Cancellation Policy: Once registered, fees are non‑refundable for any reason, including no‑shows, and activity dates cannot be changed.
In the case where if the tour is to be cancelled because of internal reasons, a full refund will be issued within 7 days.
