Weather Arrangement
If Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Red/Black Rainstorm is still hoisted 2 hours before the trip, the trip will be canceled. We will subsequently reschedule the trip date for participants.
Cancellation Policy
Once registered, fees are non‑refundable for any reason, including no‑shows, and activity dates cannot be changed.

Each student would carry emergency contact information at all times.
Hourly headcounts to track attendance.
Children are divided into small groups with assigned supervisors.
Restroom visits are supervised by staff.
Full attendance is taken before any group movement.
