This one-of-a-kind tour combines behind-the-scenes access to the KMB Steam Bus with interactive STEAM challenges, including building mini robots, conducting fun experiments, and a thrilling invention scavenger hunt. Designed to spark curiosity about science, technology, engineering, arts, and math, this experience offers the perfect mix of education, creativity, and on-the-go excitement!

Smart Mobility & AI Innovation
Young engineers will discover how modern buses use AI and smart sensors to enhance safety and efficiency! From vehicle-to-infrastructure communication to real-time passenger tracking, this hands-on workshop reveals the cutting-edge tech behind everyday transit. Kids will explore energy concepts through interactive demonstrations, seeing firsthand how science keeps our cities moving.

11:15-12:00

Knowledge Quest: Mechanical Energy Introduction

Students will discover how mechanical energy makes things move by exploring the difference between kinetic energy (motion) and potential energy (stored energy) through fun, hands-on activities. By observing movement in everyday life from rolling balls to KMB buses, they’ll see how energy keeps the world in motion.

Before Departure
Please note that one day before the trip, you will receive a trip summary via WhatsApp +852 5290 1782 on important reminders for the trip. 

Weather Arrangement
If Typhoon Signal No. 8+ or Red/Black Rainstorm is still hoisted 2 hours before the trip, the trip will be canceled. We will subsequently reschedule the trip date for participants.

Cancellation Policy
Please not that once you have enrolled, the fee is non-refundable. No make-up sessions will be offered for absences.

Child Safety Policy
As student’s safety is our top priority, the following are some of many measures taken during the trip:
Each student would carry emergency contact information at all times.  
Hourly headcounts to track attendance.
Children are divided into small groups with assigned supervisors.
Restroom visits are supervised by staff.
Full attendance is taken before any group movement.
